Cancellation & No-Show Policy I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. As a small business, my time is reserved specifically for each client, so I kindly ask that you respect the following policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the services booked. If the appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply. Deposits Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your service and may be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Emergencies I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
